The Permanent Mission of Sierra Leone to the United Nations Office and other International Organisations at Geneva is charged with the responsibility to promote, protect and advance Sierra Leone âEUR(TM)s national interests and shared global values in multilateral fora, and on the other hand it also the Embassy for Switzerland. The Mission is tasked with promoting and maintaining excellent relations at all levels and pursuing avenues for trade and investment, technical and development cooperation, tourism, and strategic partnerships in all sectors in these territories.

The Mission also promotes cultural cooperation and people-to-people interactions, and provides Consular Services which includes facilitation of the movement of people between Sierra Leone and countries of accreditation, as well as overseeing the welfare of Sierra Leone resident in these countries.
